Refunds & Exchange
All goods are not exchangeable after use or after being opened up.
Valid exchanges must be made within the next 3 working days at our physical store and bring along the original receipt.
Strictly no refunds for any purchases.
However, we will only permit refunds in the exceptional situation where the returned product is found to be defective, and repair or replacement of such product is not possible.
Abuse of discount codes and member’s codes
Usage of codes erroneously
Any abuse or usage of codes erroneously and even with payment made, there will be no refunds or any product delivered until all accurate payments are made properly.
Changes to any payment, delivery, refund and exchange policy
We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, amend the terms of payment, delivery, refund and exchange at any time and without notice.
